Big Weekend!
It's a big weekend for this white girl! LOL. Tonight is my friend, Kortni Clemon's 41st birthday gathering at Rib Cage and Jason Plunk's new bar! Should be fun times! I haven't really been "out" in about a year or so LOL - but I have to be home by 10 tonight - as we have to be IN TUNICA BY 8:00 A.M. for Marley Claire's cheer competition! GO O-C ALLSTARS! Hoping they rock it out! After competition, Russell is coming up to Tunica and then we'll have dinner and few drinks before going to ERIC CHURCH & BRANTLEY GILBERT! woop woop! Of course, Lil Man will be missed - sweet Kim Hill is keeping him few hours tomorrow then his mom will be in from Canton to love on her grandbaby! Thanks Nana! :) I am pretty sure it'll be an eventful and fun weekend for this ole mama! Hoping for a good cheer competition tomorrow!!!!

Wesley Grayson Cook, Sept. 11, 2011
Yes...I know that such a yucky date, Sept. 11, was not my choice as to when "lil man" was to be born...but with blood pressure issues, there wasn't many choices...Dr. Smith called that Saturday morning and said to me that he was worried about my BP, he was on call all weekend, let's do it!!! So off we went...and approximately 16 hours after being admitted and laboring (whole other story..ha)...our new bundle of joy arrived!!! He's now 4 months old and is such a blessing to us all! Marley Claire LOVESSSSSSSSSSSS this baby brother and even gets up early sometimes to just hold him or feed in the mornings before school. He's pretty darned spoiled and she lovesss to spoil him!! He's a good baby and is a good sleeper, thankfully...the Good Lord knew that this mama here couldn't handle craziness...LOL. Here are some pics to get us started from the past year and the birth of our "sweet lil man"....enjoy.
long time, no see!
Wow, talk about being behind! 2009 was when I had originally SUPPOSEDLY decided to get in teh groove and get some things done like update a blog about Marley, me, etc. Yeahhh, well, didn't go too far. I'm back, after seeing my friend, Susan, had updated her blog...I thought OHHH YEAHHHH, I HAD ONE OF THOSE!!! hahaha. I hope to maybe do better this go 'round. Hmmm, where to begin??? It was 2009 when I met and started seeing Russell Cook, who is now my hubby since July 2010! We now have 2 kids - Marley Claire King, born on January 11, 2002, and Wesley Grayson Cook who was born September 11, 2011. So, there's been lots of changes since I last posted!!! LOL. I am going to attempt to post some pics, etc. to try to get a little caught up on things!!!
January 2012....let's do this!
